Rebranded Contract Pharmacal Corp. Positioned for Success

For a traditional company, it's hard to part ways with what you've known for so long. For Contract Pharmacal Corp. (CPC), the time for a new look is now. Ai's creative development team transformed the brand of long time client CPC, giving it a contemporary logo and creative set.

CPC's rebranded identity accentuates the company's promise of exceeding the industry standard for the development, manufacturing and packaging of premium pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter drugs and dietary supplements while providing a sharp focus on the needs of its customers. The new logo combines CPC's established position in the business with a fresh look and feel, distinguishing CPC as the one-stop source for quality healthcare products.
The subtle pill connotation formed by the conjunction of the "c" and "p" letterforms is prominent and allows the logo's ingenuity to shine through in this branding piece that completely gives life to CPC's vision.
"We wanted the new CPC brand to engage and surpass the rubric of canonical 20th-century pharmaceutical brands," said Nathan Jones, Ai Associate Creative Director. "The new identity had to be forward leaning and modern enough to justify the redesign while staying true to CPC's traditional roots."
"Ai never lost sight of the values and heritage of CPC's existing brand," said Matt Wolf, CEO of CPC. "Our logo is everywhere - on all of our products, on patches on all employee uniforms, on a massive sign on the lawn of our headquarters, and even embossed into the floor mats outside our front door. It was important that Ai created a logo that CPC could live with and love for the next 10 years and beyond."
This new logo can be seen on various CPC print collateral pieces and marks the beginning of CPC's rebranding effort. Ai will continue the rebranding initiative with a website redesign.
